Dear Sam,
After received KIV instruction from PDB, SARBA an NADI had immediately proposed a couple of proposal to resolve the problem. Refer TNB, the existing power supply to QSR had terminated and supply to neighbour lot. Therefore sub-station must include into this NGV project:
(i) Remain the QSR, relocate the proposed sub-station location outside set-back. But this proposal had reject from majlis.
(ii) Demolish exisitng QSR, relocate proposed sub-station at existing QSR location.
Anyway, any new design need to conform back from PDB, as we are still waiting new instruction from PDB , and we are ready to restore the project once it conform the design.

Refer to above subject, regret to inform that PDB had decided to change the existing scope and tender layout of the project to utilize empty QSR area. Therefore the execution of project is now put on hold starting 16/02/2011 until further notice.
